Shipping Policy
Shipping Policies:
We offer to ship anywhere in India.
We take utmost care in shipping your products. But to make all procedures smooth and easy please allow us 4-5 working days for your order to be dispatched. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays so please bear with us. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
Mini Menu Card ships through all leading courier companies for the shipment of your products and generally the time taken to deliver any product anywhere in India is estimated as 3-4 days. But if there is any unexpected problem like;

Unable to reach the customer.

Customer's phone number not working/ not reachable.

Any kind of strike in the city or in a courier company.

Any natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, drought,s, etc.

Any kind of mishandling during transit.
Tracking:
Once the shipment done you will be receiving an e-mail with shipment details.
Cancellation of Order
Request for cancellation once an order is placed shall not be entertained.
In case the customer needs to cancel the order, which is in the processing state, the order cannot be canceled.
Mini Menu Card has full rights whether an order can be canceled or not.
Cancellations can be done within an hour of the order placed
Replacement/ Return Policy
We take good measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.
However, there is some possibility that :

the item may be damaged during transit.

or there might be a manufacturing defect.

or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

that item is missing from the shipment
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for return/refund of the item is made within the specified timeframe which is 24 hrs. of receiving the parcel.
There are certain possibilities where it is difficult for us to support you for the same:

Packaging Issues:
we make sure that all the goods ordered by you should reach you in the best condition but since those are handmade products and have to travel for days/weeks to reach you so there is a slight possibility of any packaging being damaged. But not all time
Return & Exchange Policy
We don’t refund
1. Until we receive the return product in good condition
2. Until we receive the UNBOXING VIDEO.
Customer responsibility when returning.
We recommend that while shipping an item back to the store please use a reliable courier for tracking purposes.
